To make your booking.

1. When making your booking just email your required dates, and the apartment required to us and we will e-mail you a booking confirmation along with the address for a cheque, or the bank details for payment of your deposit ---of 25% of the booking fee.

2. The final balance will then be due six weeks before your departure.

3. Payment can be paid by a Sterling cheque or a bank transfer to either a Sterling or Euro bank account, please let us know your preference. If you wish us to reserve a booking whilst you confirm your flight details, we will hold the provisional booking, without any deposit for 3 days for you.

4. The apartment is normally available to arriving clients by 2pm on the day of arrival.

5. Details of the key collection will be given along with the confirmation of receipt of the final payment.

6. The apartment is professionally cleaned with bed linen/towels provided ready for your stay. There will also be a contact number for our servicing agent who lives nearby, for any problems or emergencies

7. Bed linen & towels are changed once a week. (N.B. We do NOT supply beach towels.)

8. Cots, highchairs and buggies may be hired, please request availability when booking.

9. All our apartments are “non smoking “ apartments

10. Guests must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. (This time may be extended by prior arrangement if your flight is not until later that day/evening.)

11. Please read our “Terms & Conditions” below as sending your deposit implies acceptance of those terms.


TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. We cannot accept any liability for anything we have no control over, including, but not limited to, airlines, loss of luggage or personal possessions, weather, closure of facilities, death or injury sustained by you or any member of your group, (whether inside the apartment or anywhere else) however caused.

2. Work outside the apartment boundaries is beyond our control and there may be occasions where an advertised facility may be either modified or not available. Such situations may be caused by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions etc.

3. Apartment keys lost or not returned to us by guests may result in €50 being charged to replace the door keys, safe keys or the locks.

4. We strongly advise all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance.
